John Manteit is a skilled and experienced counsellor with more than 20 years’ experience. He is a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. John specialises in providing therapeutic support to clients with a vast array of concerns and has a particular interest in relationship counselling. John’s warm and empathic approach and genuine concern enables his clients to relax and explore their lives and relationships in a safe therapeutic environment. This empowers his clients to discover practical solutions and achieve lasting change to move forward in their lives, and in their relationships.

John works to help people heal their relationships, or to help individuals explore themselves and their life goals. John incorporates a number of different counselling techniques into his practice, dependent on each person’s therapeutic needs. Modalities that John uses include: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Person Centred Therapy.
